Sleeping in underwear does not prevent cancer

Sleeping in underwear does not prevent cancer

``Sleeping with underwear causes cancer.'' There is a similar understanding in the public mind now. It has been said that it is harmful to women to wear bras and panties while sleeping at night. Some English-Hindi journals seem to write that wearing a bra causes breast cancer.

But there is no scientific basis that cancer is caused by underwear. There was a study related to this in 2014. 1500 women participated in the study. The conclusion of the study, which was carried out for about 10 years, was that there is no connection between bras and breast cancer.

Don't you wear underwear when you sleep?

There is a lot of ambivalence about whether or not to wear underwear while sleeping at night. Why should it be said that the inner garment is tight. Sleeping in tight bras and panties can be uncomfortable. It can definitely affect sleep. That is, it can be a hindrance in getting deep sleep.
