Chest pain is also seen by some as a sign of a serious problem. Especially for fear of heart attack or heart problems. Chest pain if there is a blockage in the arteries of the heart, swelling of the heart, problems in the heart muscle, even if there is a wound. Similarly, bronchitis, pneumonia, narrowing of the airways, and chest pain are also caused by lung problems. However, even under normal circumstances, chest pain occurs. Garlic

Chest pain can be relieved by consuming one teaspoon of garlic juice in one cup of hot water or one or two cloves of garlic daily on an empty stomach.


Ghee Kumari juice


Ghee Kumari has various medicinal properties. It contains ingredients that help strengthen the cardiovascular system, control good cholesterol, and control blood pressure.


Therefore, regular consumption of a quarter cup of Ghee Kumari juice reduces the risk of chest pain.


Vitamins


Various studies have shown that deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12 in the body can lead to chest pain and heart attack. Therefore, if you have a problem with chest pain, doctors recommend a diet rich in vitamin D and vitamin B12. Vitamin D and Vitamin B12 can be found in foods such as fish, cheese, eggs, soy, and meat.


Hot drinks


Hot water may be a good option if you have chest pain due to indigestion or acidity. Drinking a glass of hot water or herbal tea reduces stomach inflammation and relaxes the digestive system. And, it plays an important role in reducing the problem of chest pain.


Milk turmeric


Vassar is rich in curcumin. Its consumption helps in lowering cholesterol, blood clots, and reducing arterial blockage. Also, curcumin contains anti-inflammatory ingredients, which help reduce the risk of chest pain immediately. For this, mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in a glass of milk and drink it to reduce the pain. For that, turmeric milk can be drunk before going to bed at night.


Basil


Basil is rich in Vitamin K and Magnesium. Magnesium increases blood flow to the heart and helps relax the blood vessels. While vitamin K prevents the formation of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels. It also helps reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and chest pain. For this, eight to 10 basil leaves can be chewed or consumed as a tea. Besides, a teaspoon of basil juice mixed with honey can reduce the problem of chest pain immediately.
