Patients who forget about a disease like dementia tend to have a retrograde type.


Anterograde type


When you suffer from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, you can no longer remember any events. This effect may be temporary. For example, this type of problem is caused by forgetting to drink a lot of alcohol.


Temporary global type


If you suffer from this type of forgetfulness problem, you may experience confusion or anxiety. Which comes in a few hours. You may experience memory loss a few hours before this experience or you may not have any recollection of this experience.


Problems of forgetfulness in infancy


Most people do not remember any of the events of the first three to five years of their lives. This common phenomenon is called amnesia in infants.


Symptoms of amnesia
